About Your Facilitator:
Jane Brincat is a senior occupational therapist and mother of two little people named Jemima and Romy. Prior to becoming a mother Jane worked in the public mental health system with adolescents and youth. In this setting, Jane learnt the importance of the foundations of which a family is built. As she embarked on her journey of becoming a mother, Jane was completely blindsided by the emotional, physiological, sociological and functional changes she experienced. From then on, Jane has furthered her professional experience in order to support mothers in their matrescence journey. Jane strongly believes that by supporting women and families in this incredibly precious and vulnerable time of life, that the health and wellbeing of their family will be improved for generations to come.
